Lovely hotel, great staff, good...

Liked: The property had lots of character and history.Canal side location made for a lovely stay
Disliked: Noise from local bars was very loud at 01:00am -03:00am due to the lack of soundproofing to the windows which affected sleep greatly

Liked: The hotel is centrally located in the city centre. Hotel staff friendly and always willing to assist. The buffet breakfast was great. The hotel restaurant also is a lovely dinner option. Highly recommend the hotel for their exceptional service

Liked: I had a truly amazing stay at this hotel in Amsterdam. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of the city, with everything from charming cafés to major attractions just steps away. Being able to walk along the canals and explore the city so easily was a huge highlight.What really set this hotel apart, though, was the incredible staff. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. Every interaction felt genuine, and their attention to detail truly elevated the experience.I was also lucky enough to have a room with stunning canal views—waking up to that peaceful scene each morning was unforgettable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.
