Disliked: We booked a standard room with two beds, upon arrival at the hotel it turned out that our reservation was canceled by the hotel without notifying us, we had a confirmation of the reservation on Booking.com. As compensation the hotel offered us another room calling it "Apartment", which turned out to be an ordinary worker's room of about 20m2 located in another part of the complex, the room had only one bed, there were no amenities that were on offer, and there were cats walking around the corridor. When we tried to cancel our stay, the staff informed us that the manager was not there and was not answering the phone, and the staff could not make a decision on their own.
