Liked: Location and Views best views in the city.Friendly people and great service.Historic photos and great nautical themes.Water taxis outside.
Disliked: It was not senior friendly-steep steps outside to get to lobby and in rooms.The A/C heat should include Directions in English. We could never use it.The bathrooms were limited in space and no place in shower to hold items. I had to put soap and shampoo etc on the floor or balance them on a towel rack.

Disliked: location may be convenient for business people; For tourist it is quite far from the City centre and driving and parking in the centre is difficult

Liked: The history, decor, furniture was amazing. Receptionist was super polite and helpful. Comms prior to arriving was perfect. Walk in wardrobe with the old safe doors wwas amazing

Wonderful Rotterdam Landmark Hotel

Liked: Wonderful hotel, always stay here when in Rotterdam. Basement bar is speakeasy like, oysters and Dutch sirloin in the restaurant we're great. Room was big by European standards, large bathroom with nice shower, separate toilet.
