Beautiful rooms on the river...
Liked: Really well located to historic area, shopping and metro. Loved the suites with a view of the river. Loved the terrace. Breakfast was well done with an omelet bar. I loved this place.
Disliked: No door to the sink and shower room (but there was for the toilet). So hard for one person to be in bathroom without waking the other person up.

Liked: Great location, close to all good areas.
Disliked: The hotel is on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. The floor/elevator area smell very bad, so you have to run through the common areas. The reception is not occupied in the evening, no contact, emergency info given.

Liked: The location was central to the event o was attending. The restaurant was located with beautiful views of the riverBeautiful walks Boat tour trips just a walk away It was just lovely Staff very lovely friendly polite

Not good value for money!
Liked: The location was in a good central area to access many areas of interest around Berlin.
Disliked: The cleanliness and lack of attention to detail is disappointing.It is a MAZE to try and get to your room and I got lost!

Small cool hotel with everything...
Liked: The hotel is in a great location, at the centre of everything. Our room was spacious, our boys' room was not as spacious but still good. It had a nice leafy outlook which was lovely for a city hotel room.
Disliked: The bed was not great. Our air conditioner didn't work properly and didn't get fixed during our stay even though we requested it. Thankfully, we missed the heatwave by a week! Hotel buffet breakfast was ok, not amazing. Our room didn't look like the photos on booking.com!
