Great hotel, great staff -...

Liked: Great staff at the reception and for breakfast. They are real gems. Hotel location is decent - good walk to old town, and not noisy at night.Good eating places and metro nearby - walking distance.
Disliked: Extremely slow internet. I could not get a stable or decent connection. The internet alone was a major spoiler of my impression of the hotelThere is no electric kettle in the room, so tea lovers are at a disadvantage.

Liked: The location was great and the staff was nice. When we arrived they upgrade our room to a bigger room by their kindness.
Disliked: The breakfast was expensive so we didn’t get it.

Liked: Wonderful hotel – we are staying here not for the first time.The staff is polite and welcoming. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival: our room category was upgraded for free, and even though we arrived in the morning, our room was already ready, so we didn't have to wait.The location is very convenient – close to the city center, with many restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. The breakfast is excellent, and the room rates are quite reasonable for the level of service and quality this hotel offers in Vienna.It's a great choice if you’re looking for peace and quiet in the evenings – all the rooms face an inner courtyard with balconies decorated with flower pots.Everything was perfect, as always. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!
