Birthday treat in Vienna.

Liked: Excellent staff. Very comfortable bed. Clean room. Lovely quiet hotel. Great breakfast with loads of choices. The receptionist gave me a little birthday gift when I was checking out as it was my birthday which I thought was a lovely touch. The hotel is so near to tube and train stations. So easy to reach the centre of Vienna.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Liked: Hotel worth recommending. Excellent location, close to the metro. Personel nice. Rooms clean, cleaned daily. Breakfast tasty.
Disliked: a bit weak internet

Good overall.

Liked: Staff is nice, room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable. I was on the 2nd floor and my room had a door to the indoor courtyard (which is basically a roof on top of the first floor). The location is also good, very close to the center, with restaurants/cafes and lots going on in the area.
Disliked: They have a parking garage just opposite the hotel, though it is a bit small and some spots are hard to reach (especially with a bike and some bigger vehicles here and there). Also not very convenient to get in and out as I had to always ask the receptionist to open the garage door. For the price, I would rather find a parking garage nearby.The room was also warm, I had to sleep with the balcony door open.Another minor thing - no sign on the door which was a bit confusing. They all say Imlauer but the 2 hotels share the same building.
