Good

Fantastic

Liked: The warm reception by staff at the reception, especially, Ronnie* and Randa* (not sure I got the spelling right). They were kind, respectful and very helpful. The roof had great ambience and the complimentary drink was great.
Disliked: Nothing.

Gorgeous decor, blasting A/C, quiet...

Liked: Minimalist, sleek, and clean rooms in an upscale and minimalist setting. Delicious cucumber water in the lobby. Tons of shops (including a Trader Joe's) next to the hotel and on the way to/from the Metro. There was a nasty bug in my bathroom randomly; they offered me a new room which was nice but I requested they just come nab the lil millipede and someone came in like 5 minutes and swept it up. Lovely!
Disliked: Not the easiest to get to from the metro; a bit of a walk if you're not driving there. Otherwise they seem to have good parking.

Liked: Eclectic interior. Bunk beds in a family room was a cute choice
Disliked: Loud as room faced busy street. Room was dark, faucet practically falling off the sink.

Liked: Good spot near lots of places to eat
Disliked: Deposit return will take forever to get back to you. Possibly never.

Disliked: No shelves in shower to accommodate our own soap etcSink located outside of the bathroom near room door Coffee machine was placed where there was no power point to operate it we had to move it each time to use TV difficult to navigate failed to get live TVHotel restaurant menu restricted husband could not eat his meal overpriced
