Liked: Excellent location in beautiful city.Extremely comfortable and clean.Very organised reception.
Disliked: Nothing to dislike.Went to Ghent for a day visit it was dreadful compared to Brugge

Liked: A great hotel in a great location, a few minutes walk from the main square. The room is clean, tidy, cleaned every day. The staff is very nice.Also, what's good: there is a swimming pool in the basement, you can relax
Disliked: No dinner/half board option, the room is quite small, the breakfast is average (for example, no fried eggs), you have to ask for coffee separately, there is no vending machine. All in all, a pleasant experience, but 4/5 stars compared to other 4 star hotels.

Liked: The location was perfect, right in town and just a five minute walk from the main square. Despite being in the middle of town there was no noise to be heard overnight which was great!The staff were very friendly and housekeeping did a great job every day we were there as well. Good size room, we didn’t use the sauna or pool but we did pop down and have a look and they were very nice as well.
Disliked: If I’m being picky then the room is ever so slightly dated, but not enough to be a detriment. The lift is also very small but we never had to share it with anyone else during our stay, so it wasn’t a real issue

Liked: Clean, comfortable and great location.

Liked: The room was nice and clean, we had a king size bed, staff was a combating to book us taxis and speak in English.
Disliked: We opted out of breakfast because of the cost but didnt realize cost of food in Bruge. The elevator was not realize and was a bit difficult for my spouse who had a bad knee.
