Liked: The hotel is lovely and located perfectly for exploring the city, the parks, the restaurants and shops. The staff were wonderful from the first moment to the last moment. We enjoyed our swim in the spa pool. We look forward to a return visit!

Disliked: Bed uncomfortable.Windows did not fully open.House keeping poor, did not replace coffee cups nor capsules.etc.Staff at piano lounge unprofessional. Staff seemed poorly trained. Had to explain I had no car and to remove from bill. Had to request kurkarte.

Liked: Perfect location, great staff, quiet, nice gym (although not even a single treadmill)
Disliked: I'm disappointed from 2 things: 1) I expect and used to even in inferior hotels to find at breakfast a table for dietary restriction - gluten-free breads, cereals and sweets, and lactose-free yogurts and spreads. Here there was NOTHING, and when they said "we'll order for you soy-based yogurt for tomorrow" they did not. This is simply unacceptable at this level of accommodation. 2) The thermal pool is not very thermal and has no jets of any kind.
