Nice hotel at a great...

Liked: Good place in the centre of town. Love the design and atmosphere of the hotel. Easy to park next door in the parking garage. Friendly staff!
Disliked: Hotel is not brand new anymore so you start to see usage, specifically in the rooms. Not disapointing or anything, but since I have stayed there several times from the start, this starts to show...

Liked: The staff is very professional. Especially Ms.Dilara at reception desk was very helpful, thoughtful and kind. The staff at the hotel's bar, Mr.Pim and others are very pleasant and professional people.

Nice location but expensive

Liked: Location, sport ruimte
Disliked: Not much customers, almost empty, customers service refused to issue point while I am a Marriott member go a long time, the reason was I made the two superior rooms via Booking.com

Wonderful little gem of a...

Liked: The hotel is wonderful - clean and well appointed with very friendly staff. Beautifully converted church, bags of character.In a great position right in the centre of Breda.Public paid parking very close nearby.
Disliked: Be aware that they only clean the room if you tell them in advance at reception. Unfortunately reception forgot to tell us this - but no big deal, when we got back and asked them they got a very friendly house-person to clean it for us! :-)

Great design and location

Liked: Great location, fantastic room on the ground floor, friendly staff and nice terrace bar and breakfast.
Disliked: Small thing but rooms aren't serviced for short stays. It would still be good if the coffee/tea and water was replaced without having to ask for it. Also, towels thin and frayed.
