Liked: Breakfast was excellent, especially for an Italian hotel. The staff was very friendly and generous. They accommodated our very late checkout without any friction or difficulty... so refreshing, courteous, and professional. They have new bikes which were a great perk, along with towels for the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer and we are considering going back again.
Disliked: well the pool was great, but no heated, so we couldn't use it as we had planned.

Good

Liked: Personal was really nice. The terrace on the roof gives a beautiful view on the sea, turkish bath and few gym equipments is nice touch. Location is also great, close to coffee shops, restaurants and Coop.
Disliked: I've seen 3-stars hotels having better facilities and services. Toiletries- dipenser in the shower was without label - was it soap? Shampoo? All at one? And just shower caps, nothing else. Whole room felt a bit cheap, although a fair size. The view from the room was actually at the opposite hotel and a bit of sea. Breakfast wasn't labelled- no idea what I am eating. The space was also quite tight and so you had to queue. Waiting staff was very busy, they did a great job but it would help to have more staff.

Liked: Good location, rooftop jacuzzi
Disliked: Dirty pools, lack of basic room equipment, only 3 hours of spa per day, very poor breakfast with the worst coffee.
