Liked: the room was good
Disliked: we can hear people in the hall and the pipes making sound in the wall. The pillow was hard , woke up with neck pain.

Liked: Location. Room is sufficient for our needs. Extra pillows were great. If the other issues weren’t a bit annoying we’d make it our regular home away from home.
Disliked: The linens were a bit rough? The mattress slips off the stand. Not a big deal but we had to move it a couple times and my pillow fell down the back a number of times. Bath tub was built wonky so it makes noise because there’s space between the bottom and the tub insert. Not a big deal. We got the noisiest room next to lobby, doors and where maids work/laundry machines. This room should really be reserved for walk ins when the placeis full (having worked in industry).Luckily I brought ear plugs, otherwise we wouldn’t have slept. Front desk person was in a crappy mood and when you’re celebrating, you’re not really interested in that energy. Not a big deal, but it’s nice to get someone cheery.Wouldn’t go out of our way to stay again, but wouldn’t not stay.

Liked: Staff was friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Very large bathroom.
Disliked: TV didn't work. Also thermostat was off/disabled so room was on the cool side (especially considering I was traveling in February) and I was unable to adjust. There was also not a lot of lighting in the room.
