Poor Service

Disliked: Checking in wasn’t pleasant at all.Checking out was good until we needed a taxi. No doorman to assist with luggage. Asked the receptionist for a Taxi Van, wrong taxi arrived and they left us stranded outside to sort our own Taxi.Overall experience wasn’t good as staff wasn’t of the nature of 5 star Hotel

Disliked: Room can be called only a box. No place for nothing even for 2 people. Air-condition was blowing right to the bed. We kept turning it on and off. Either too hot or too cold

Perfect.

Liked: Fantastic Hotel. We stayed in a suite and it was large and beautiful. Staff were amazing. Location was perfect. Tons of restaurants steps away.
