Lovely Hotel

Liked: The hotel was in a very central location and was spotlessly clean too.
Disliked: Couldn't fault a single thing about this lovely hotel.

Great location in a beautiful...

Liked: Love the style/decor
Disliked: Paying for parking was an interesting process. getting in and out of the parking lot required a phone call and the gate was glitchy when we were trying to leave. We had to call security to get the gate to open.

Disliked: The thermostat had a lock. It was too hot for me! Wouldn’t stay again for that reason.

The room was OK but...

Liked: The room was larger than we expected
Disliked: We didn’t like having to park in the parking deck and walk to the hotel, one of us in the party has problems walking, and it was difficult for her.

Could of been higher if...

Liked: Boutique style and continental breakfast
Disliked: The receptionist charged my debit card 100 dollars at check in with no mention of this for incidentals, which I’m pretty sure is illegal to do, I would have put this on my credit card had I have been told so it didn’t take 15 days to go back on my account. I had to chase multiple times for this and was without that money for the rest of my vacation. There is also a musty smell on the 4th floor and in the rooms

Comfortable and clean in a...

Liked: Good size rooms especially the bathroom.Good location.
Disliked: Breakfast was all sweet food. Some savoury would be nice
