Liked: The building was interesting an room was nice. It was a 15 minute walk to Beale Street.
Disliked: The parking lot was not convenient.

Liked: Historic building, close to Beale St.
Disliked: Light fixtures in room appeared to have broken switches. Tried three different rooms before discovering the switches above the fixtures were not the correct switches. Needed to use the switches below the fixtures on the night stand. Staff did not seem to be aware of this. Also, hotel bar closed at 10 PM. This is way too early. Should be open till at least midnight.

Liked: The layout of the room, the bathroom, the cleanliness, the robes
Disliked: No microwave in room or parking . Had to use a separate garage parking lot and pay $17 for the day .

Liked: Good sized room, comfortable bed. Large bathroom with good shower. Easy walk to Beale Street and main street.
Disliked: The pillows are too small and soft.

Disliked: The room we stayed in had cracked tiles around the bath and nowhere to hand a towel/dressing gown etc, when we arrived ( party of 6) 2 couples had to request the bedding to be changed as it wasn't clean, 1 room wasn't ready at check in time and were advised to go next door to the cafe for coffee, no voucher offered! we were advised we could park in the carpark next door as we didn't have an American phone number we could not use the app, the reception staff advised we could park on the road for free as its was the weekend this was NOT correct, so please check before parking.
