Liked: The room was large, and the beds were comfy. Shower was good and there was an iron and ironing board in the room.
Disliked: My husband and I repeatedly banged our legs on the wooden frame around the bed. They provide coffee in the room but the machine is exceptionally slow. Cups weren't always cleaned either. Staff didn't offer any information or advice on check in.

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Convenient location next to a parking garage and the location of our event.
Disliked: Was under the impression that the restaurant would be available for room service and/or dinner but it was closed for the day of our visit and we were told that it wouldn’t be open for a few days. No explanation as to why.

Maid service sucks!

Liked: The artistic feel of the hotel.
Disliked: The maid service. Never cleaned our room! Asked for clean towels and never brought them. My husband had to go downstairs a second time to get some from the front desk.
