Liked: Beautiful hotel - both the building and the beautiful room (with a lovely fireplace, very comfortable bed, and very comfortable tub). Loved the dining room in the cellar. The hotel is wonderfully clean and well maintained and in a great and quiet location a very short walk to the main area of town (and very close to several restaurants and wine tasting opportunities).
Disliked: Would have been nice to have selection/choice at breakfast - no options, you eat what they put in front of you. That worked great for me, but my wife is vegetarian, a very common diet choice; it would be nice if the hotel inquired in advance to make accommodations.

Liked: Breakfast was great, Located within walking distance of main part of town. Room was clean.
Disliked: Room was small Not much room for luggage. Would have been nice to have coffee (Keurig) in main lounge for afternoon or evening.
