Good Value for a short...

Liked: Real Review: This appears to be an older Victorian house that has had multiple additions. The gentleman that greeted us when we arrived was friendly, professional and paid attention to our arrival needs to make sure that we were comfortable. He also remembered the names throughout this day which was an added bonus .Our queen room was a bit small. It's clear that our room and the adjoining room had at one point been one grand living room but had been subdivided to create 2 smaller apartments. Although the sleeping area was small the bathroom was large spacious and roomy. The queen bed was very comfortable and the linens and pillowcases appear to be high quality. There are two sitting rooms near the front of the hotel on the ground floor with nice windows and ample chairs for enjoying a glass of wine or conversation with the other guests. The breakfast room is downstairs and feels a bit like a European pub. The location is fantastic if you're going to be spending time in downtown Napa. The hotel itself is on a peaceful side street but it is two blocks away from the busy commercial and tourist district of hotels and restaurants and shopping and tasting centers. We were there for one night while our house in Napa was undergoing a renovation and the price was the lowest on booking.com and very affordable. I wouldn't call this a destination resort but if you just need a room for a night or two near downtown Napa at a good value it's perfectly adequate.
Disliked: The room was small and although there was room to walk around the bed on all sides there wasn't much more room than that. We were on the ground floor so our only view was that of a parking lot and the garbage cans outside the window. The breakfast was heat-and-serve prepared foods. California requires that hotels and residences use low flow shower heads so the water pressure in the bathroom was not adequate. Having said that the bathroom was stocked with a nice selection of towels and personal hygiene products and a nice large bathtub.

Quaint place with a Victorian...

Liked: Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Breakfast on both days were hot and delicious. The staff that we interacted with, were extremely courteous, pleasant and professional. The hotel was in a safe location and walking distance from downtown Napa.

Exceptional Stay at the Napa...

Liked: My stay was truly exceptional, largely thanks to the incredible staff. Their hospitality was outstanding, making us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. I was impressed by their ability to know everyone by name and greet us personally every time – a small but significant detail that made a huge difference.And the breakfast? Simply fantastic! Delicious, beautifully prepared, and a highlight each morning. The staff's warmth, attentiveness, and genuine care created such a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. We left feeling refreshed and eager to return!

Unfortunate - was hopeful, we...

Liked: Clean and Organized, like an office - Over hyped- 3 pm to 11 am for a dinkie room and a 1 hour breakfast menu with no attendees because the menu was pre fixed. No variety no special ambiance.. stale - The Reviews were pre made or we just got a different vibe than everyone else. This is a business for the family, maybe at one point they appreciated the hospitality aspect. No Home or real love appeal in the home or the rooms.
