Hot night in Trieste

Liked: Central location, we already stayed here once (last year) and we had a nice experience + last year they had breakfast included in the price.
Disliked: This year: no breakfast, our room didn't have a functioning fan (which is essential for a hotel without the AC, but last time we had a fan which made our stay quite pleasant), the reception was informed about this when we came (15:45) and basically wasn't able to do anything for us... they said - they are fully booked and that's it basically. Additional fan was not available. So we didn't really sleep well since the temperature during the day was well above 40°C in the Sun, and everything was super hot including the buildings...
