Bad

Disliked: I dont recomend this place! I came to that hotel and no one was leting me in and I didint get my money back. They didint answer to my calls and messeges, I had no idea how to enter the hotel, it was very late so I had to find another place. It was very stressfull.

Exceptional

The missing WiFi really is...

Liked: The accomodation is close to public transport, especially with it having direct access to the central station and a nearby mall. The rooms were tidy and functional. Towels were provided.
Disliked: I had one of the room far in the back with no WiFi access. Only in the staircase to get to the street, I had WiFi access from the reception.Also given that the street my room was facing had cobblestone, it was very loud when cars are passing with an open window. Closing it makes it quieter, but it can become hot in it.

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Receptionist was drunk like hell and was not able to communicate in German nor English. I have booked (and paid) a room with single bed. I got a room with 3 beds and a roommate! The roommate came at 2 a.m. and was very surprised because he paid also for single room! German police arrived at 2:30 a.m. and searched the reception for a compensation for "my" roommate. They found 60 eur and my roommate joined his friends in another room. After 170 km on bike I was really displeased to deal with this in the middle of the night. This "hotel" should be named rather "My Bad Dresden". I can not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Liked: the housekeeping worker was pleasant and helpful
Disliked: really bad experience here. Showed up and the staff did. not have my reservation (I had a copy that I printed out from email so after A LOT of talk I got to take a room. There was NO WIFI connection in the room. A weak connection downstairs near their office, The couple on duty (I think the owners) were not at all concerned that I did not have WIFI in the room. It also smelled pretty bad in the office area-- though the room upstairs was clean and the upstairs area/hallways, bathroom, etc, was clean-- the housekeeping person was hard at work when I was checking in, and she was helpful, but she was the only good aspect of this place. Otherwise the place is kind of a disaster and the people running it seem clueless. I went online and found a new place to stay, dropped key at desk and didn't even get into it with them, just lost the price I prepaid,
