Disliked: The room I reserved was small no windows no air conditioner, they lend us a fan and wasn’t working, they sent me a message the first day before checking in to let me know about the AC not working. The front desk staff very unprofessional not help at all. I don’t recommend this hotel. I have to reserve another hotel the same night.

Exceptional

Liked: The location is excellent. Close to train, bus and a mall.
Disliked: There were some noises like machines or knocking noises all day and night, not sure where they came from.The external sides of toilet were dirty since we checked in and after spending two nights was never cleaned properly.
