Very good

Liked: Close to MEX airport, halfway to Centro Histórico. Convenient for late arrivals. Very clean, decent buffet breakfast. Great service from Ian who changed my room from the older models to the renovated rooms that have USB outlets. Clean and safe hotel with friendly staff.
Disliked: Not a safe area to walk around at night. Use a cab or Uber at night. Some rooms are renovated, others are older but still nice (but missing USB outlets).

Bad neighborhood & poor facilities

Liked: The bed was spacious and staff were attentive.
Disliked: Everything. The neighborhood could not have been any more sketchy, there was no AC in the room, the halls were noisy, the TV didn’t work and the bathroom flooded. It looked more like a shady motel. Will not be booking at MX Hotels anymore. The price was too high for a hotel of its kind.
