Good value for money but...

Liked: The courtyard is the main attraction of the hotel, the reception staff were super nice and helpful. They resolved every issue we had practically immediately, with a smile. And the location was great for what we had planned
Disliked: The deluxe room was definitely not deluxe. It is way smaller than expected and the bathroom was very uncomfortably tiny. We requested to upgrade room which was much better in terms of space but there is a complete lack of natural lights. No windows at all. The breakfast was not the most varied and there was quite a bit of communication challenges with the breakfast team - not understanding our orders (as we did not speak Spanish)

Liked: The pretty main area of the hotel and the location, with access to restaurants. Staff was really nice and helpful.
Disliked: Room was small and the hotel was on the busy street.

It's a nice place to...

Liked: The hotel was lovely, located in a beautiful area near a major avenue and offering a wide range of amenities, with restaurants and bakeries just a short walk away. The staff were very attentive and kin. I had an amazing time in CDMX — the hotel provided delicious meals and a cozy room that made my stay even more enjoyable.
Disliked: Unfortunately, my room didn’t have a window, which was a bit of a downside. There was also some noise coming from the reception area, especially at night, which could have been better managed for the comfort of the guests.
