Liked: The location is fantastic. The old building is beautiful. The breakfast on the roof is quite good if included with the room. The price is very good considering the location and if you can put up with its downfalls. With a little bit of extra attention to detail, this hotel could command a much higher price.The coffee machine in the lobby makes very good espresso coffee for Mexico standards.Staff are nice.
Disliked: Towels were old and grey. Shower was cold mostly. The shower flooded the bathroom floor even when very careful. The room is quite small which makes it difficult to have 2 suitcases in the space. Lumpy old matress. There is no hair-dryer unless you leave your ID at the front desk. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in the room.

I'll never go back.

Liked: Love the historical building & location.
Disliked: We had a leak from the ac just above the bathroom. We told them immediately the moment we moved in. They did nothing, didn't even give us extra towels. The bathroom door sticks because the leak apparently has gone on for some time. Finally, after a lot of back & forth, we got another room the next day. They also need new towels. They are no longer white & thread bear.

Best Value Hotel in Centro

Liked: Great location near Zocalo, A/C worked perfectly, room cleaning was excellent. Elevator was not working at the time, but stairs were easily accessible.

Liked: - Great location - very new and clean place- love breakfast in the mornings- free welcome tea and coffe that as nice !- AC working excelent refreshing CDMX was very hot when visited
Disliked: recommendation : hotel should serve breakfast same hours in weekends.
