Great rest for the night

Liked: Hi, I had booked this for my parents and they had the best sleep here. I can't say much about the neighborhood because they came in in taxi and left in a taxi. It felt safe due to the 24/7 reception. I had ordered uber eats for them and it got to them so quickly. The staff was kind and helpful. I specially love their availability to answer questions through whatsapp. Super great hotel!
Disliked: Nothing comes to mind. Breakfast was ok, a bit less that the typical continental.

Liked: Horrible hotel , the installation are so bad, I got dirty bed the mattress is to hard , I got stuck in the elevator
