Awful, the staff are clearly...

Liked: We have the most awful time at this hotel. The receptionist never left out the keys when we arrived late so we had no room for the night. I expect a full refund or I am going to trip advisor and i will also look for a charge back on my credit card.I had important meetings the following day and I could hardly stay awake. This was appalling and I will certainly be rating this hotel very poorly

Liked: Large room, nice comfortable round bed, very quiet during the night, excellent breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff at the reception and at the breakfast, great location in the old town, stylish ameneities
Disliked: small bathroom in sharp contrast to the spacious other rooms, restaurant closed on Mondays,
