Liked: Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful. Dinner was very good. Location was perfect as we were driving and wanted to be in the old town, but have parking.

Liked: Great location - easy access on foot from train station to the wonderful village of Murten. Spotlessly clean, well appointed comfortable room. Lovely restaurant and terrace bar. Great breakfast. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Nothing, it was great.

Liked: The location was great. The room was spotless. The reception desk staff were professional and courteous.
Disliked: The waiter in the restaurant was rude and not very helpful. One member of our party has food allergy issues and the waiter could not be bothered to explain the ingredients for the various dishes.

Liked: Terrace with a good view, breakfast with lake view. Convenient location.
Disliked: Small room, very cold, broken shower, breakfast was very underwhelming (eggs had to be cooked by one‘s self, cold cuts were starting to turn grey).
