A wonderful stay

Liked: The location is great, check in process super easy and smooth, the room is spacious, luminous, modern and lovely, the building is quiet and we couldn't enjoy more our stay in Luzern. Super recommended, we will definitely love to go back

Good location, nice rooms, would...

Liked: Easy to find, beautiful room, comfortable bed, very clean, it was spacious, bathroom was modern and the shower was great. We accidentally left without a room key and the self check in machine was surprisingly really easy to use and user friendly so managed to replace the room key in a few minutes without a headache. Only thing to note is the pillows are quite soft and my personal preference is a hard pillow so perhaps request a few more / different one

Good option on the affordable...

Liked: The location was terrific, close to everything. We arrived by train late at night and easily found it. The self checkin at the machine worked fine.
Disliked: There was really no one to ask about anything or get tips on good local things to do or see which was a minor drawback. Also they were painting or otherwise doing maintenance to some units which made the hallway a bit smelly, but it didn't enter the room.

Liked: The location and the room were perfect. I loved the style and design of the room, the bed was confortable and the room was quite clean.
Disliked: Though they provide a water kettle and a fridge, no cutlery and no plates/cups were provided, which makes having the kettle and the fridge a bit useless. It is not realistic to expect the guests to bring such items with them on a trip in what is thought to be a "hotel" like facility. Also a complementary tea and sugar packs we would have been appreciated.
