Liked: Easy to find and to get to. Perfect location and near the river.
Disliked: No staff was weird at first but if that can cut costs to make it cheaper, I don't mind.

Liked: Hotel room was sleek, clean and a good size. Facilities of a kettle, fridge , shower gel , towels and a safe were welcomed.
Disliked: The check in mechanism did not work for us, nor the other two groups of people waiting to check in. Despite the machine taking my details, payment and reservation information, at the final hurdle it showed an error message and didn't hand over the key card who h is a little nerve wracking when you've just handed over 400 GBP! Someone came to help very quickly after calling for which we were grateful, but it's a little frustrating when you can't check in until two, the sun is shining and there's further delay.Improve the self check in element and this will be great!

Superb

Liked: This hotel is perfectly located, quiet and a great value, as Lucerne can be an expensive stay. The self-check-in was smooth, and the room was great. It even had a small fridge for food and drinks.

Nice hotel by the river

Liked: Location was good, easily found from train station. Staff were friendly and helpful. The associated restaurant was good and good value
Disliked: Self check-in process was stressful as terminal did not function properly. Eventually staff helped us check in manually

Disliked: Could have been equipped with more basic amenities eg coffee and tea, tea cups.

Liked: Spacious and clean. Easy self check in and out. Location is superb. Will definitely recommend
Disliked: Maybe better if no bunk beds especially travelling with group of friends

Liked: The hotel room was gorgeous! Very spacious, beautifully decorated and sparkling clean.
Disliked: The self check-in was a little bit slow and difficult but after contacting the property they quickly arrived to help us.
