Liked: The staff are very friendly and attentive to any requests. There was very little waiting time for room service and everything arrived hot and well prepared. Our balcony was particularly pleasant overlooking a pretty garden. We were very comfortable and happy with our stay!
Disliked: We liked everything

Munichnin March

Liked: We had an executive double which was well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the balcony was an added bonus and the bathroom and shower excellent. The complimentary mini bar and coffee machine were a welcome addition. Overall a very nice stay.
Disliked: The staff were efficient but overall not friendly although there are exceptions. Considering how good the bed was the pillows were poor. The location is a little way away from everything Munich has to offer and the breakfast and overall cost of the hotel were slightly expensive for what you get on balance.

Liked: Room was spacious and well designed
Disliked: Bathroom has to be refurbished. Shower was inside the bathtub and dangerous to stand inside as very slippery. Breakfast is very overpriced, 45€ a day for a limited selection and service. Had to pay the parking without being informed about the fee at the moment of arrival.Last but not least had to engage a discussion at the Reception at the checkout as the receptionist was insisting I hadn’t paid the breakfast which I did. After a big noise he finally found out he was wrong…
