Need some improvement for the...

Liked: Great staff, good location.
Disliked: Rooms are not properly soundproof... we could hear loud noises from the room above us and next to us; also from the fireproof door that people kept opening/closing to access their room. No way to sleep without earplugs.Breakfast was overcrowded due to several bottlenecks; - auto-coffee machines taking ages to serve (very small) coffee; so you might be going there twice- not enough coffee cups, so people could not get coffee- same for plates- people waiting for the above meant people are not eating or drinking and tables are not freeing for others = queue... people had to go seat at the bar in another room the eat their breakfast...Shower gel was almost empty...

Liked: Friendly staff, clean room, tasty and fresh breakfast, welcome drink, nice restaurant
Disliked: The location, I had a feeling that it was not safe (although nothing happened). The surroundings were not really clean
