Liked: The location is convenient — not far from the central train station, which made getting around Munich easy. The facilities are modern and well-maintained, and we appreciated the welcome drinks upon arrival.The staff were kind and helpful throughout our stay.
Disliked: We were given a room on the lower ground floor, which isn’t directly accessible by elevator. You have to go down a long corridor and carry your luggage down some stairs, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, the room was quite small.
