Liked: Easy check in. Nice location in Chinatown. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Having a microwave in the room or at least shared in the lobby would have been helpful.

Liked: Very well situated in lower Manhattan, very close to Brooklyn bridge. The terrace was very nice too. The bed was comfortable.

Liked: The room was very clean with almost all accessories.Good location close to all kinds of Chinese restaurant and small stores, short distance to subways.
Disliked: The quilt is too thick and the room temperature cannot be adjusted.

Liked: Location was perfect for us and the staff seem to know who we were as soon as we walked in. Numerous restaurants in close proximity and knowledgeable staff. Bed was big and comfy and room was very quiet, especially for NYC.
Disliked: Coffee in the room would have been nice.
