Very good

Liked: Step back into the 1960s. Original, not retro! Comfortable mattress with soft bedding. Clean. Shower ok. Upper deck Lounge area.Across the street from Ft Lauderdale Beach. Restaurant on the beach. Nikki at the desk was wonderful. On a bus stop. No stores for 1 mile each way, but we caught busses to get around with no car. Fares $2, $1 for seniors.
Disliked: All the furniture needs to be replaced. Not enough electrical outlets. Unheated pool so too cold for swimming.

Easygoing and comfortable place for...

Liked: Location was great! Lots of fun restaurants and shops nearby
Disliked: The office was almost never open, had to call number on door for supplies.

I was annoyed the whole...

Liked: Location is the ONLY thing I liked about the property.
Disliked: Not as advertised. Very small. Uncomfortable bed. Empty pool. Bathroom not cleaned right. AC not working properly.

Not what I was expecting

Liked: Breakfast?.. while the room was clean and the staff when entering was polite.. parking is very minimal, was advertised as beachfront ,it is definitely NOT, only two floors with a gate round ,don't see the beach or even the road... I'm guessing they don't have a lot of repeat customers
Disliked: Clean room..

Creepy

Liked: Close to beach
Disliked: No security measures. Dingy, dirty, too much foot traffic by the doors.

Exceptional

Liked: We had a wonderful stay prior our cruise.. thank you :)

Bad

Liked: Location was decent.
Disliked: Pool was so gross. Trash sitting everywhere even full bags. No clean rooms in 5 nights. All the chairs were broken. Quite but not great at all. Choose somewhere else.

Liked: I enjoyed the simplicity of the room. Location was good. Right close to the beach.
Disliked: Could hear traffic from in my room, bed comfortablity, odd smell in the room if the window was leaft closed for to long.
