Liked: The staff was nice and the location was convenient.
Disliked: The room smelled so strongly of bleach that we left the room to air out for a few hours. The sheets were dirty and we ultimately chose not to stay. I am still waiting to see about a refund.

Worst experience, staff really rude

Disliked: Reception guy couldn't find the reservation and mistreated us, super rude and never apologized.On the check in we showed him the reservation on the Booking app and he was yelling at us that the app wasn't Booking.com, wouldn't believe us that the reservation was paid, he treated us as fools and liars, didn't want the code of confirmation, didn't want to see the receipt, incredible and super stressful situation and even worse, when he finally founded all the information on "his system" didn't show any kind of regrets and don't apologize for his behavior. Worst experience so far.Room too small, bathroom without ventilation, towels awful.
