Convenient location, great price but...
Liked: Great value, but sub standard
Disliked: The room showed an accumulation of dust , toe nails, baseboards that had not been wiped for several days, an unhinged curtain valance, unfinished dry wall compound on the wall; overall this room was substandard. When I brought it up with the desk clerk, she replied that there was nothing she could; she blamed « shortage of staff », asserted there were no other rooms available and she promised she would speak with the cleaning staff in the morning. It felt like a « take it or leave it » situation. It was getting late so we put up.

Exceptional
Liked: Easy to find, low price, restaurant close by. AC works well as it was very hot outside. Adequate breakfast provided. Very basic place to stay for one night. Staff friendly and helpful.
