Disappointing

Liked: Location is not that convenient and Uber is not easy to get, Furnitures are quite old and some are worn, Room cleaning is not available daily, Breakfast is really simple.
Disliked: Room rate is good, Staff are nice and helpful.

Disliked: It was dirty and stunk and old and run down.

Disliked: I did not sleep the last night. The room was on the ground floor and the window of my room did not have a lock. Very very bad.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff are always amazing. They are true hoteliers. I was traveling from Niagara to NB and this is always our mid way stop. The staff made sure we were happy safe and comfortable. Traveling with kids is never easy however they made my son feel so welcome and independent.
Disliked: It's off season so it's understandable we don't have chairs on patios. However staff will accommodate when asked.
