Hotel Mortagne

Enjoyed our stay.

Liked: Size of the room was quite large with plenty of cupboards and drawers. Large windows which let in natural light in. It also had a kitchenette with coffee machine and a microwave. I loved that it was flooring and no carpet. Very quiet. Nice crisps linen. Air condition working well. They have a nice gym with thread mill, Bike, weights, ball and mirror and windows with natural light in. Small swimming pool to relaxe in not to swim with plenty of towel at the ready.
Disliked: Kitchenette had no dish or cutlery so couldn't use the microwave. Small coffee cups no mugs. Only coffee available no tea nor kettle.The shower screen wasn't sealed properly thus leakage outside every time no matter how low you put the water pressure. Did tell at reception upon departure.Only realised on last day how dirty our feet were by walking in the room barefoot, floor needs a good scrubbing not just mopping. Did tell reception at check out.At the restaurant they run out of black tea on my second morning. Need to train younger inexperienced staff as lots of mistakes happened.

Disliked: Our air conditioning was not working in the room. It was 35 degrees out. They were not accommodating and I had to follow up with them 5 times just to get 15% off my stay.

Great stay. Safe and quiet.
