A real gem

Liked: The bar was brilliant, the staff were super attentive and friendly. Food was great, happy hour was awesome.
Disliked: Location isn’t the best but 3 minute walk to the tram.

Really nice setup and welcoming...

Liked: Breckfast menu was great. Also the staff was extremely helpfull and welcoming. They also had this wonderfull option where you can skip the cleaning services of the room and get a 10 dollar gift card to the bar.
Disliked: The room is really small. I got the upgrade to s king suite and even there it felt kinda cramped. Also the dinner menu was really mediocre. Paid 29ausd for a school cafeteria lasagne that also took for ever.

Liked: Location was good, close main train station and light rail.Breakfast was good.All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Initial room was too small for 2 people with suitcases.

Excellent hotel

Liked: Lovely hotel in the heart of the city. Art deco themed throughout. Nice friendly and helpful staff. I walked to every location, but if you want the central station and ferry terminals are all very close too.
