Disliked: Check in supposed to be at 2PM, once we arrived (at 1:30PM) a staff member told us that due a problem with the room (no explanation) the check in has been delayed by 2 hours minimum. He gave no solution to us, we been forced to set up our stuff in the middle of the hall, changing our plan for the day.Since we couldn't wait two hours, given our previous commitments, we had to leave our bags there, without having seen the room first, and then reach the hotel at midnight.We were in Lille to go and watch a football match, so our intentions were to rest in the room, after the trip from england, and then reach the city center. The most disappointing thing was that no one thought to warn us of the problem before we arrived at the facility.The corridors leading to the rooms were an open construction site. In the morning the elevator was not working, and we had to reach the hall by stairs, which led to the first floor, where there were renovation works in progress, power cables without covering, all very dangerous.
