Liked: Nice hotel with great breakfast.

Passable

Liked: It is very clean and beautiful. It is near a very big shopping mall with a very good restaurant and big supermarket fun for tourists.
Disliked: Some staff was not experienced and not very helpful. It advertised with access for disability, but six steps to the reception were too much to be qualified as accessible for anyone with heavy luggages, young or old, not to mention people with crutches or wheelchair. Although the staff figured out a way to go around the steps, there was no chair or stool in the shower to sit down. When asked, the staff simply could not produce one single stool to be used. It was rather disappointing with such a beautiful setup. It really should not advitise itself for disabled accessibility.

Liked: Nice large room. Very clean. Good facilities.
Disliked: The AC wasn't working, and they didn't want to move us to a room with a working AC. They did so in the end, but it took a lot of pushing.
