Nice hotel with a little...

Liked: Very nice hotel located in the heart of historical downtown of guadalajara. Staff were very professional and the building and rooms were beautiful

Slightly disappointing.

Liked: Historic ambience; size of room; ample hot water.Taxi to airport was punctual.
Disliked: No rubber mat for shower floor (very shippery) with no safety bars to hold on to. Noise from street - bring earplugs.Curtains did not completely black out balcony lights.Inadequate coffee machine with only 2 bottles of water for drinking or making coffee or tea.No small refrigerator.

Liked: Everything! The hotel was so beautiful and all the staff were helpful. The restaurant adjusted some of the menu items for my vegetarian needs without a hitch.
Disliked: Nothing!
