Liked: The location was ideal across the road to the Prado, Retire and Botanical gardens. Lots of nice bars and cafes close.

Liked: Very clean and comfortable room! The hotel's location is very close to restaurants, café, pharmacies, banks, taxi.. Thank you for the hospitality and our beautiful accommodation ❤️

Liked: We had a very nice stay. Location was great, staff was friendly, and the room was comfortable. It is a bit small, but I think that is common for European hotels. Price was comparable to other places in the area. We arrived early, but they were able to get us into our room right away, which was very thoughtful of the staff!

I wouldn’t book it again.

Liked: I didn’t stay for the breakfast. The only 2 things I liked were the front desk clerk who was helpful and spoke English and the location
Disliked: The room was so basic. Old desk, no coffee, no instructions for anything, bad pillows and just very cheap looking. It was kind of depressing.

Liked: It was very pleasant to walk in at 12am and to find a helpful person with a smile. The hotel is clean. Great location. The room was excellent and fit the description. The room was clean. I got a room facing the park and it had a nice small balcony.
