Amazing facilities

Liked: Our room was very large which was a welcome surprise. It also had great soundproofing as we couldn't hear any of the cars on the highway right in front. The breakfast buffet was also delicious with great service.
Disliked: Would've preferred no security deposit.

Liked: I didn't like anything.Very noisy, with thin walls and constant traffic sounds.
Disliked: The breakfast staff was extremely rude. There were two instances where tourists raised concerns and the staff responded by raising their voices at them. The restaurant was dirty, food restocking was extremely slow, and the variety of food was poor.

Bad

Liked: Absolutely nothing. I have never stayed at a Best Western as a VIP of Best Western this was completely disappointing. The breakfast options were not there for people with vegan or gluten-free problems. And for those I could eat it they was just terrible. They only clean the rooms every 3 days. My sister asked for someone to clean the toilet and the lady handed her the toilet brush and the soap to do it herself that is true. When the elevator was broken down off and on two days in a row we were told there is no service elevator for the 87-year-old senior with us and the cane he had to do four flights of stairs. They lied to us because there is a service elevator. The neighborhood is completely disgusting but there's nothing you can do about that extremely run down. I have mobility issues they would not let my sister bring the breakfast to the room for me so I did not eat. It took 3 days to get a plug that works so I could soak my hips in the tub this was the number one request for my mobility issues it took four people and 3 days to get a plug that works for the bathtub. There is no parking for the gas on the property you have to go across the street under a bridge there is no crosswalk very busy road very dangerous. What can I say I have nothing good to say about this place everything was just terrible and I will be riding a report to the CEO of the Best Western as a member of the Best Western for 40 years.
