I would pay extra and...
Liked: It was an ok stay
Disliked: It seems to have been an old Best Western, so it's at best three stars. Elevator was old and a bit grimy. The lobby didn't smell great. The doors open up to a busy main road, and there is no place to pull up in front the hotel safely. You park under the bridge of the overpass across the street, which was super sketchy. The area was sketchy. The entire area was sketchy. Breakfast was basic but still ok. Half cup sizes were given for cups, so that's saying something. It's about 30-40 mins in an uber to downtown. I would not stay here again.

Liked: Clean and big rooms
Disliked: Breakfast was very disappointing, location and parking. Additionally no room cleaning when we stayed for 2 nights.

Rusty but sleepable
Liked: No problem at all with late check-in and the location is pretty good
Disliked: Parking is placed under the bridge, pretty scary. The whole hotel seems to need renovation, smells strange. Coupons for breakfast and checking them seems to be just too much. Poor breakfast by the way, no cheese, no waffles or pancakes...

Disliked: The breakfast quality was very poor, and the staff member serving there (I believe her name was Gabriella) was unfriendly and unprofessional. I was traveling with two young children, and on the third day she made an inappropriate remark, saying that my kids dropped cornflakes on the floor and that it was “not acceptable.” I always teach my kids to behave properly, and they are very careful not to waste food, even at their young age. In fact, the cornflakes jar was always messy, so I was shocked to hear her comment. This was both discourteous and unnecessary, and it left a very negative impression of the hotel’s service.
