Liked: The bed was comfortable
Disliked: Room size and now aircon or fan. Plus no English Channel on tv

Alex the concierge was very...

Liked: It is very close to train stations/metro/buses. And a lot of restaurants to choose to.
Disliked: There was no exhaust vent.

Great location, friendly staff

Liked: Fabulous location for trains from Montparnasse and also access to the metro. The hotel is clean and quirky and always has really friendly and helpful staff - we have stayed there a few times. The rooms are not large, but then nohting is large that centrally, however, they are clean and comfortable.the hotel is also not far from many small restaurants down some of the back streets that take you aware from the more touristy areas and give you a more local vibe.They do serve a breakfast but we did not try it as there are so many lovely cafes nearby to try out.The hotel is decorated simply with fabulous and quirky photos - well worth taking the stairs to look at them all.
Disliked: It is worth noting as with many of the hotels in Paris that the lift is tiny - I know this is an issue for many. However, there are also stairs so you can throw your luggage in the lift and meet it after a quick climb. There is a kettle in the room, though no tea/coffee - however, they do have a rather good coffee machine in reception.

Liked: The location was perfect, really 5 min from metro station. Staff was really friendly, we have received a really nice room.I can recommend the hotel.
Disliked: no

Good and family-friendly hotel

Liked: Bed is comfortable. Location is good, there is many restaurants around hotel. 15 min to eifell and champs ellise. Staff Maxim he is very helpfull and kind. Thanks him to his good behaviour.
Disliked: Actually generally clean but thet should renew towels there is stains on
