Hotel Montovani

Enjoyable stay, great value

Liked: Excellent value for money, room was spacious, modern, fresh with a great shower and comfortable bed. Staff were very pleasant. Garden courtyard and breakfast area was beautiful. A short stroll into the main town and next to a lovely park. We managed to use the free parking which was not too far. We had a view of the main tower out our window and overlooked the beautiful courtyard.
Disliked: We were on the top floor which meant the room got quite hot, although we were supplied with a fan, air conditioning would have been more effective.It would be great to have a kettle and mini bar in the room.

A nice hotel within walking...

Liked: It is within walking distance of the train station and the historic town centre .The receptionist was extremely friendly and went out of her way to assist and be helpful.

Liked: The location is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean. Their help in finding a free parking space was very useful.

Disliked: The attic triple room we had was very warm with no A/C (portable electric fans only) and only a Velux roof window for direct ventilation.(The other window in the room opened onto a communal corridor). There was no mechanical extract ventilation in the bathroom.
