Nice hotel but weird noisy...

Liked: The hotel is very well located close to the Torino Porta Nuova station, and the facilities (bed, bathroom) etc. were nice. I also like the breakfast.
Disliked: The hotel does not have an AC, which was a problem since I was there during one of the heatwaves. There was also a noisy night incident, where one guest was having an argument with someone from the reception in the corridor at 3am, while another seemingly drunk person was there. I had to get out of my room to tell them to shut up and even then the other guest wanted to tell me all about his life and me to take his side while the lady from the reception did not do anything to shut him up. I have no clue what the deal was, but for me it's unacceptable that the lady from the reception let the guy scream in the corridor at 3am without at least suggesting that they go to an office downstairs to argue. It's a pity because other than that I really liked the hotel.
