Nice and modern hotel

Liked: It’s not too far from St Lazare station. The staff is so friendly. This property has got some style! I like the small details like the free mini bar, free water at the lobby, and the cool keycard.
Disliked: Haven’t found anything

Make sure to mention that...

Liked: The staff were friendly and cheerful. Overall, we were satisfied, but the room we were given was in the attic. I wouldn’t want to stay in a room without a window that can be opened — we couldn’t get any fresh air, and it felt suffocating. You just want to open a window and breathe. Apart from the fact that the window couldn’t be opened, there was no other issue. The rooms are clean and cleaned nicely every day. Drinks are added to the minibar daily and are free of charge. Downstairs, there are usually complimentary offerings like coffee, nuts, cake, etc. They seem to be trying to maintain a consistent standard in every aspect.
Disliked: As I said, the windows should be able to open.

Disliked: Bed bugs evident, moldy smell in bathroom that we had to sleep with windows open to be able to ventilate

Liked: Amed the reception guy is the best front desk guy we have ever meet. I cannot recommend him enough his just the best.

Liked: Friendly staff, VERY clean. Nice amenities. Fluffy white clean towels. Great location, nice safe and clean area, supermarkets nearby, close to Pigalle/ Clichy. Good facilities in the room including tea and coffee. Good air conditioning. Nice view from the room onto a quiet street.
Disliked: I liked everything. The elevator could be faster and the front desk/ lobby could look more professional, but these are not problems, just comments.
