Liked: The hotel felt very safe and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The roof top bar and pool were a real luxury and being able to escape the heat and relax in the afternoon was appreciated. We enjoyed the location and felt we were in the right place for what we wanted to see and do. Our room was cleaned to the highest standard and was so quiet. Honestly - I think it’s one of best hotels we’ve stayed in and hope to return next year.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: The hotel is in a great location (close to Grand Via and Puerto del Sol) but well soundproofed so you don’t get street noise, which was great. The staff are universally lovely and helpful which has definitely bumped up the score. The hotel is clean, comfortable and secure with a good breakfast (but it should be for 34 Euros). I didn’t use the gym so can’t comment on that facility.
Disliked: I haven’t given a 10 as the hotel does feel a little overpriced when i compare to other hotels that offer the same services (eg cheap waffle dressing gowns rather than fluffy ones, and a pool that’s basically a paddling pool so it’s a push to consider it as part of a star rating). But if you’re happy to pay the price (and aren’t wanting a pool to swim in) this is a very safe bet.

Disliked: The street where the hotel is located is noisy and crowded, but the location of the hotel itself is convenient, as many locations are within walking distance
