Liked: central location, fabulous bed and pillows, great room service, excellent products, and plenty of water to drink.

Great location, dated room, noisy...

Liked: Pretty basic room, nice bed
Disliked: Lobby was often awash with Viking passengers

Liked: Hotel iteself was awesome. There was a problem with getting us into the room we specifically booked, but they accommodated us with a comparable room after a few hours.

Liked: Location Location. Beautiful property.
Disliked: Sinks are designed for sparrows. The excessive charge for a two hour extra check out time is just excessive greed.
