Liked: The kindness of the hotel crew, the perfect location, the breakfast room, the pool with bar, the car park.
Disliked: The room itself is small with old furniture but the room was cleaned and provided with coffee, tea and a garnished fridge, the bathroom is equipped with various items, the bed is ok.

A Perfect Choice in Chiavari

Liked: This hotel was wonderful. The staff was very kind and always available for assistance. We had a lovely room with a big bathroom and balcony. The air conditioning works well. The bed was comfortable. Each balcony has a drying rack which was great for pool and beach towels. The hotel provides pool towels and a bag to use during the stay. The pool area was spacious and lovely. The restaurant was excellent. The train station is less than a 10 minute walk away, as is the sea. The area was very beautiful and we used it as a base to explore the Cinque Terre and the surrounding region.

Liked: It was central to Chiavari. The station and buses were easy to get to.

A comfortable and well located...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel on Chiavari. The room had recently been refurbished it was modern and comfortable and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were helpful and friendly offering advice about trips to surrounding areas. We had specially chosen the hotel for its location between Cinque Terre and Portofino - both easy train journeys to reach ferry departure points. Chiavari itself was still relatively quiet when we visited but you could see it had the infrastructure to welcome many more tourists. The beaches were being prepared for the season and some restaurants hadn’t opened yet. One of the highlights was the meal we had at the hotel - one of the best of our trip. Breakfast was also lovely with plenty of fresh options. We also took advantage of the hot tub which was a good way to relax.
