Liked: The staff are the best !!! The room are confortable . The location is perfect in the heart of Montmartre. Delicious food and great entertainment on the week ends . My home away from home

Good location and very comfy...

Liked: Location, very clean and high end finishes and decor/design.
Disliked: Rooms are small which is to be expected but we couldn’t even put our suitcase open it had to be on the bed. The key situation is challenging as they like you to leave it with them as you leave. Easier to hold onto but i understand to not lose. The elevator was broken and the stairs are so steep and narrow. Hard for my older mom to navigate that. Made for a lot of stairs. We had them get our luggage down for us but a cluster. Also upon checkout they tried to charge me for one room but i had already paid for the two i booked over a month ago. Took extra time and didn’t have time for that with airport van coming. Finally they realized i only owed service fee of 80 euro but orginally said i owed 368 euros. Not sure what happened there. Also i booked two city views that i see on my booking but didnt get that.

Boutique charm, simple & comfortable...

Liked: The Hotel has a boutique charm, simple & comfortable and in a perfect location. There are 3 Metro stations 5-8 minutes walk, so easy access to all of Paris. The surrounding area has many wonderful Boulangeries, Fresh fruit sellers, bars & cafe's, we were spoilt for choice. My favourite part was the staff, thanks to everyone particularly Zaki & Aldo, we will be back.
Disliked: No major issues. The hotel is small, so limited additional facilities.

Great stay!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay and was excited to stay in an area of Paris that I have never explored. The restaurant next door Abraba was the best meal I have ever had. The staff at reception were amazing, helpful and met all our needs with a smile. We felt very safe and enjoyed how eclectic the hotel was. Would definitely come back.
Disliked: The shower door didn't close well so there was always a large puddle of water on the floor.
