Liked: Fine location. Modern design. The bed and room were alright, although a tad on the smaller side. Not much room for luggage and bags.
Disliked: We were aware that no one would be at reception, but when messaging the property to say we have arrived, as we were awaiting instructions, we suddenly stopped receiving messages and had to wait almost two hours outside the hotel, as we didn’t have any codes. We tried calling, emailing and texting, and nothing worked, so we resorted to calling Booking.com, who gave the property 45 minutes to respond or they’d cancel the reservation for us. Coincidentally, only after Booking.com intervenes, we get a response after almost four hours, at which point we went for dinner. Completely ruined our evening, as we were stuck with our luggage for a while. Furthermore, the room smelled, likely caused by the mould in the shower. When we checked out, the staff seemed dismissive.

Disliked: We arrived to the hotel and followed the provided instructions for the self check-in. However, when we opened the room door, to our surprise, there were other guests inside. We tried contacting the hotel administrator, but we didn’t have any success. We had to urgently find another place to stay at almost midnight. The hotel communication is very poor.

Disliked: We found used female underwear tucked under an armchair from a previous guest I guess?

Liked: We liked to find some free coffee.
Disliked: The room was very very hot when we arrived. The bed sheet were also not adapted for the season.

Disliked: When the bed is a nightmare, so is your holiday:- this mattress was the worst, it sinks even if you are slim, and you will wake up every 2 hours with a back pain- the bed frame squeeks so hard at every move- the pillows are non-existent, very cheap and crumbles immediatelyAlso:- no glasses to drink water- mold in shower- you have no AC, but also no mosquito net at windows. if you want to sleep with windows open, bring ear plugs, very noisy outsideOverall go find something else..(room 409)
