Liked: Friendly staff and the location was great. Bed wasn't bad and the ac worked. Looked clean and had what we needed in the room. We didn't use the pool anything like that bc we were only there for 2 nights. The price was great for what needed
Disliked: Vending machines were not working. Toilet sometimes had a sewage smell coming from it but we were only there to sleep and shower so we didn't care much. Overall we stay there again

Liked: The room, location, and bed all met my expectations. It was comfortable moving in and out of the hotel during my stay. The area is safe and conveniently close to Walgreens and KFC if you are on a budget. The hotel is roughly 25 25-minute walk from Universal Orlando Citywalk. The hotel is also close to popular gift shops for souvenirs and small shops that sell overly and expensively hyped Dubai Chocolates. Therefore, it is what I expected that the hotel would focus on providing comfortable rooms, parking, and only a small lounge and a dining hall for paid breakfast (11 + tax).
Disliked: My room for 1 week was NEVER cleaned for service, nor was it offered to be cleaned, and I was NOT called to offer a service to be cleaned. It was only clean before I checked in. I have to bring my trash out. However, the rooms are outside facing and outdoors, so there is an elevator and a big trash can on every floor. Regardless, they should have cleaned the room while I was out. Other hotels will give the guest a small sign to post outside the door if they want it cleaned. They have a cleaning crew, and I see them clean after the guests check out. Most likely, due to its convenient location, they have a high turnover for guests who stay 3+ days and less than 1 week, like me. They could have informed me during my check-in. On another note, the reception is very professional and direct, but not transparent about what they offer. Most guests will not read, so small expectations like policies for cleaning the room should be posted, or at least inform the guest.

Liked: Michael front desk attendant was very helpful and knowledgeable it also seemed as if he was doing some training at the same time and was doing a phenomenal job thank you Michael
Disliked: That they don't have the option to stay late some people like me need that extra time sometimes
