Liked: Overall I like this hotel: good location, interesting interior design.
Disliked: Had reservations few times the rooms in reality are smaller and darker than on photos, which makes me feel frustrated.This reservation it was heard very well everything happening on kitchen like in room, I think it is because of air conditioning.

Disliked: Very uncomfortable pillows. All the night there was some noise/vibration like an electric station. Breakfast was not so good as we expected.

Liked: The hotel is situated just moments from the rynek - the 'heart' of Wroclaw and is close to all the main attractions of the city. Parking is readily available, either with the hotel's valet service, or using the nearby public parking. The hotel exudes old world charm. The gym and spa are gorgeous. The staff are friendly and multilingual. Overall, this is a great option for a stay in Wroclaw.
Disliked: The blackout curtains in the room weren't large enough to cover the full window and block the bright lights on the building's exterior. Rooms next to an elevator always have additional noise throughout the evening. The large room size and deluxe bathroom offset the light and noise.

Great Hotel and location.

Liked: It is a fantastic hotel, with a real luxuriousness about it. Of course it is great when you get a room upgrade that you were not expecting. The breakfast is one of the best selections I have had in my travels, and the location to the main square is great with it being only about 10 mins walks away to the main bars and restaurants. Overall a great experience.
Disliked: Nothing
