Very comfortable new hotel in...

Liked: A lovely hotel in a good location.It was comfortable for us to get there in 1 minute from the train station.There is no noise from trains.There is a cafe downstairs and there are many shops nearby, a hairdresser, etc. Everything is new and fresh.The bathtub in the bathroom is low, which is very convenient for people with musculoskeletal problems, and very wide, which is convenient for overweight people.The breakfast restaurant is very comfortable, beautiful and delicious.There is food for everyone, both for children and adults.
Disliked: 1.I was given a room very far from the elevator.It was very difficult to walk with suitcases on a fleecy path and a small child.2.I called the reception 2 times (I need to monitor the work of the slow reception) and waited 2 hours for the blinds repairman to come.I lost time, which wasn't enough anyway.

The worst experience I have...

Liked: The staff and the location were good.
Disliked: The hotel is old, but I have stayed at old hotels before; however, management updated and made repairs. It seems this hotel has not been updated in 20-25 years. 1.) The lighting in the bathroom was poor at best. 2.) 3.) The wallpaper is peeling off the walls. 4.) The bed sheet was stained. 5.) The shower curtain was stained or dirty. 6.) The TV did not work on our last day. 7) The cloth on the bed's headboard was ripped on the bottom. 8.) The refrigerator door had to be picked up to close it ..... Other than that, it was great.....NOT!.
