It was ok, but not...

Liked: Location is perfect, right next to the train station, and the rest of Lucerne is within easy walking distance
Disliked: It could have been cleaner, the carpets in the hallways and in the room are awful

Great place to park for...

Liked: Great location, bang opposite the train station, helped with access to trains. The hotel has historical value and was nice. There were many food, drinks, and cafe options close by. The family room with bunk beds worked well with kids. The rooftop bar is a great place to spend the evening to watch sunset and get a view of the city. The breakfast spread was great.
