Hotel Monopol Luzern

Good hotel with easy access...

Liked: Rooms were large, clean and very comfortable. Great air-conditioning which was necessary in the heat of summer. Location of the hotel is good, particularly if you are travelling by train (like us). Easy access to all sites, shops, ferries etc. Amazing rooftop bar - which is a highlight of this hotel.
Disliked: Although the hotel appears grand, access is via/ besides a starbucks, which definitely lacks appeal.

Great place to stay!!

Liked: Proximity to station, great dining in the area, clean and creative rooms.
Disliked: Light outside the window shines through the curtains.

Liked: Staff was excellent. The location of the hotel was perfect. We would stay again
Disliked: The beds were 2 single beds pushed together. We had beautiful big windows but they looked over an alley

An amazing centrally located property!

Liked: Loved the central location. Accessibility to the sites, restaurants and takeaways was exceptional. The rooms were bright and the views were amazing!
Disliked: Bath room a little dim.

Excellent hotel in a great...

Liked: Location couldn't be better, in the heart of everything. Comfy bed, good size room, rooftop bar was excellent with view of Luzern, friendly and obliging staff. Although in the middle of everything the room was perfectly quiet. Had a great night's sleep. Aircon was quiet. Loved the hotel.
Disliked: Nothing
